This month our president Julia Bailey will share a recent article by Dr John Munro:  "High-ability learning and brain processes: How neuroscience can help us to understand how gifted and talented students learn and the implications for teaching". 

This recent (2013) and extremely relevant article reflects Dr Munro's wealth of knowledge and includes strong research evidence as well as practical educational implications.  Anyone interested in how gifted children learn and how to effectively cater for them in the classroom would be very welcome to attend.
